Shravana Ramgoolam, Lead Coordinator for the Outdoor Project
Shravana is our Lead Coordinator for the Outdoor Project. Organizing and facilitating health & wellness events in Ottawa, Shravana is responsible for connecting like-minded women in support of their well-being. As an Indo-Caribbean woman, Shravana is deeply committed to dismantling barriers and addressing the underrepresentation of BIPOC individuals in the outdoor and wellness spaces.
She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Business, specializing in Technology and Innovation. For work, Shravana is the Communications and Resource Development Coordinator at a Community Health Centre, where she continues to advocate for health & wellness to improve health outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Shravana enjoys hiking, yoga, and dancing, and operates a photography business that captures the beauty of her vibrant community. Through all her efforts, Shravana is dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where people can thrive by prioritizing their health and wellbeing.
Lucia Eyzaguirre, Researcher and Grant Writer
Lucia (she/her) is WOCRW's researcher and grant writer. She holds a bachelor's in health sciences and is currently pursuing a master's in religious studies, researching how our sacred stories shape our real lives. Writing was one of her first loves. Lucia loves animals (human and non-human) and is passionate about creating environments that are kind to them.
Stacey Martin, Pilates Instructor
Stacey Martin is a lifelong creative entrepreneur, movement expert, and the Founder & CEO of Stacey Martin Lifestyle, a Pilates-inspired fashion and wellness brand.
Certified in Pilates mat and reformer rehabilitation, gait analysis, and active release, Stacey empowers women with her knowledge and practical expertise.
A former Broadway dancer and professional performing artist, Stacey blends her love for movement and wellness into each session, making it a restorative and rejuvenating experience.
