  • Respect and Inclusivity: We prioritize the dignity and value of all individual experiences and expect all attendees to contribute to a space where everyone feels respected and included. Any actions or statements that undermine or invalidate the experiences of BIPOC women will not be tolerated.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Participants are required to refrain from any forms of harassment or discriminatory remarks, including but not limited to, comments that are racially insensitive, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist. Our events aim to be a supportive environment free from disruptive or harmful behaviors.

  • Immediate Action and Enforcement: Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event by designated representatives of our organization. Our team is trained to handle such interventions with the utmost sensitivity and urgency to protect our attendees and maintain the integrity of our space.

  • Consequences of Policy Violation: Individuals removed for violating this policy may be barred from future events, depending on the severity of the offense. This measure is to maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all participants and to uphold our community values.
