Join Women of Colour Remake Wellness (WoCRW) for our monthly Reformer Pilates session – a mindful movement experience designed to help you strengthen your core, build mobility, and reconnect with your body.
Whether you're a first-timer or a Pilates pro, this class welcomes all bodies and all levels. Led by a certified instructor in an inclusive studio space, our reformer session is intentionally designed for BIPOC women and femmes to move, breathe, and feel empowered together.
