Join us for a unique SUP Yoga experience on the beautiful waters of Ottawa, led by certified instructor Anna Wong.
This guided session combines gentle yoga with stand-up paddleboarding, offering a fun and relaxing way to move your body, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the water from a new perspective.
Whether it’s your first time on a paddleboard or you’re a regular yogi, this class is designed for all experience levels. Anna will guide you through the session, and you’ll receive everything you need to feel comfortable and confident on the water.
Come solo or bring a friend—it’s the perfect way to unwind, challenge your balance, and enjoy an evening outside.

Safety briefing before heading onto the water
